New group for Moms to get STRESS RELIEF near or in Ashburn

Spots open right now in the monthly group called Stressbusters & Spirituality for Ashburn Moms! Or just call it "SAM" if you are tired. ;-)
This is a fun, educational and social group that has started up for Moms living in or near Ashburn. Members are interested in learning about a variety of stress relief practices and supporting each other's spiritual fitness. The group is led by Shea and Erin who help the group relax while connecting more with the sparkle in themselves, with each other, and with Spirit. No prior meditation experience needed. It's a kid-free zone where Moms (new, experienced, empty nesters, etc...) who live in or near Ashburn, VA are welcome to join in the laughter, learning, and stress-relief.

We are always open to other members teaching or sharing about a topic they like that helps them get through the ups and downs of parenthood. Each month we will learn about, share, and enjoy the stress reducing benefits of mindfulness, meditation, Reiki, affirmations, essential oils, and other topics the group wants to dive into. We also will spend time at the end of each group practicing a calming meditation to help make a difference in adding more peace and light to our surrounding Loudoun community.
