new non-profit business plan/legal help

My wife and I are in the embryonic stages of starting a non-profit business. We have written the basic business plan and have documented the basic concept, but we need help taking it to the next level. Is there a kind, loving, lawyer out there that would be willing to assist us free of charge? We need help with legally registering the business, trademark 7 Patent help, tax exemption, setting up bylaws and a Board of Directors, etc....if you are willing to help or know someone willing to help please let me know.
