Requirements:

*Schedule flexibility
*Available during the week after 5PM and weekends
*Previous experience sought, but not required
*Minimum of 100/300/50 liability coverages on auto insurance
*Clean driving record i.e. no more than 2 tickets in the past 2 years, no reckless driving tickets in the past 3 years
*Background checks are mandatory before hiring
*Friendly demeanor, you will be the face of our company to our customers
*Solid work ethic, you will be required to do more than just deliver pizzas

You might want to put in something about knowing how to drive safely, reading and obeying stops signs and ability to stay off the cell phone while driving. That safety thing is always a plus especially when the car that runs the stop sign at Clairborne and Ridgeway has a Domino's sign on it. Just a thought.

 

Absolutely, safety is always a primary concern. We have a saying here: "the most important delivery you make everyday is the one that delivers you safely home". We've been blessed to have an excellent saftey record over the past almost 3 years. Using the only information trully available to me, feedback from the community, we are very safe on the roads. I'm not foolish enough to think my guys are perfect by any means, and I encourage feedback about unsafe driving whenever it's witnessed. I have ZERO tolerance for reckless behavior by my employees. So yes, add "common sense" and "safe driving habits" to the list of requirements.
