openband email / outlook express

    I am wondering does anyone else have a timeout problem with outlook express and the smartneighborhood.net email addresses? I have everything set up per the instructions and sometimes it will even receive email, but not all the time, 90% of the time it hangs and tells me it can not get a connection with the pop3 server (times out)

    It sends outgoing mail fine, but only receives 90%......thoughts?
