Opinions on Toll Brothers Homes

    Hello,

    Has anyone had any good/bad experices with Toll Brothers in the area? I'm thinking of purchasing one in Ashburn area and wanted to do some research beofore I decided my mind.

    None of the homes in Broadlands were built, or will be built by Toll Brothers. They ususally buy up their own properties, bulldoze all the trees, and then put 1 acre homes, on 1/2 acre lots.

    I do know that a few years ago, Toll Brothers had a very bad reputation for after closing service. This may have improved. You may want to see if the Belmont Country Club has a forum area, that is a Toll Brothers community, as is Farmwell Hunt.
