    My apologies to the young girl in the blue car (edit) for driving too slow on Vestals Gap today. I'm sure you had a good reason for passing me at 40 mph after just passing the Loudoun County Sheriffs on the previous block. I'm not sure if your middle finger needed some exercise, but I'm sure your parents will be proud to know you're keeping it in good shape. The Sheriffs were happy to take your information as well.
