Anyone had to have physical therapy and can recommend a good place to go? (It's for my knee) I've heard one good comment about Loudoun Sports Therapy in Sterling. Any others?

    Thanks in advance!

Don't use HealthSouth. I had HUGE problems with their billing department. I went for two different injuries around the same time. For one injury, they could get the bill to insurance correct, the other wasn't. Plus they credited the wrong account for co-pays. A royal pain that lasted over a year!!

My wife and I have both used Capitol Rehab at the Gold's Gym in Ashburn. She has had a number of surgeries on her knee, but since she started PT there she has had few problems. Phone is 703-726-9866.

Tigger - thanks for that info. HealthSouth is actually in the same building as my Ortho doc - I will avoid that one now!

Exrook - do you have to be a member of Golds Gym?

    Thanks much!

No - though my wife is, I'm not. You sign in at the front desk for a Capitol Rehab appointment, then walk back to their offices. I generally came from work, so used the locker room to change to shorts and a t-shirt for my appointment.

I second that on Capital Rehab. My wife had 2 accidents within 6 months (neither her fault..[}:)]) and she is almost like new again. Cant say the same for our cars though. Billing Dept is good.

Loudoun Physical Therapy - Lansdowne location - Beth is awesome. Beth really knows her stuff and she is a miracle worker! She does PT for my back. 7/443-6700
They have a location in Leesburg, not my favorite.

I had a totally different experience with loudoun physical therapy. therapist not showing up, problems with billing and saw little to now progress the entire time I was there. I felt like I was telling them what needed to be done. I saw no motivation on there part to help me

old thread but I'm looking for new opinions- time to choose a physical therapist for my ankle. any good ortho recommendations in Ashburn? Not Leesburg or Sterling- I need it within 10 minutes of home. saw this practice online- corner of Waxpool and LoCo Prkway- anybody know how they are, or of a better place for feet and ankles? thanks in advance!

Hey Redon... for my back I used several different therapists at Inova in the buildings on the corner of Claiborne and Ashburn Farm Parkway. Had no problems whatsoever with therapists, billing, etc. And I liked all the therapists I had, too.

Great practice...Deb Finney NP is awesome, Dr Cook is great. Been a patient for several years and no issues. I tried another PT firm in Sterling for my FMS and wrist re-hab - didnt like it as much as The Center for Advanced Ortho.
