Maybe there is a security business owner in the area that would even offer a discount??

This is just silly - I feel bad for the parents that wanted to spend time with their kids today at the pool (someone said that on an eariler post) and I think that those who do this should be sent to a military school to learn respect.

After they spend some quality time behind bars.

When I first read this post I thought it was reading something from last year. Didn't this happen last year as well? It's so sad.

Staci - thanks for the hard work, not just today. It has been a rough start for the pool season so far this year.

IMO, barb wire would work better at keeping vandals away than a security camera. However a combination of both a physical barrier and some type of surveillance would probably be best.

Did something happen at SW again? I drove by and saw everyone leaving.

If it did close, odds are it is defecation or vomit.

IMO, this happens WAAAY to often in our pools.

It did close again. But this was for lightening. Hopefully it is open again by the time I am posting this as the storm seems to have cleared but I do not know when they were suppose to open again.
No hygenic mishaps :) and yes it does happen more then we would like to see. If the trend continues this year we will have to go to 15 min breaks instead of 10. The 5 min difference seems to cut down on these incidents but I would rather not have to use them.

When I was a kid, it was 15 minutes, -- it sucked -- but I never knew the reason behind those long breaks until living in SW -- so bring back 15 minutes so we can have our pools.
