Private Investors

    Anyone know of a private investors who can lend money upto $20,000?

    I have a family member who's setteling on a new house within a month and their new house was apprazed close to $20,000 less than the sales price and the bank won't cover it,,, etc,, etc,,,

    Get the lender to order a new appraisal, pronto.

    Your family member is not looking for an investor, they need a lender. Two different things.

    Agreed. Sounds like a chump bank that wouldn't already order another appraisal.

    maybe. Banks are not as willing to "help out" due to the skyrocketing real estate prices.
