    Pavement Technical Solutions, Inc. (PTS) is a full service pavement management, inspection, testing, and evaluation corporation, based out of Broadlands, that is looking for a Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the Commonwealth of Virginia to perform services on as needed basis that include reviewing project documents, plans, and specifications. A monthly retainer can be negotiated. The P.E. will work from home, but be available for occasional meetings at the Broadlands office.
