    Where did you find your nanny? I'm looking for someone with infant experience to nanny FT for a few months until we get into my work's daycare and continue on as an ocassional babysitter after that. Looking for a good nanny source or recommendation.

    Or is anyone in Broadlands open to a nanny share situation? I'm looking for personalized attention for my son, but I think a 1:2 ratio would be better than what he has in daycare now.
