Real Estate Supplement

This post is about the real estate supplement bills issued to new constucted TH in Broadlands.

We received a letter from VM stating a supplemental bill was due for the remaining part of 2005 after our closing for the construction that was completed. We were told to pay the bill in full and we would receive a reimbursement from VM for the time prior to our closing.

We have yet to receive a refund and it has been well over 45 days since the bill was due.

Did anyone else receive the same type of letter and/or a refund yet?

I remember receiving a letter like that in the mail. The refund came in about 2 weeks after receiving the notice. Try calling the number listed in the letter. I spoke to someone bc i thought i lost the check and would need a stop/reissue, turns out i found the check later.
