Need Advice Recommendation for a Property Management Company

    I would appreciate if I could get some recommendations on Property Management companies that we can rent out house through. Any information on the kinds of services they should provide, fee structures etc. would be helpful. I found two - Castle PM and Management PROS that operate in the area. Any feedback about these would be appreciated as also any that we should stay away from.

    We started using Castle for both listing and management just a few weeks ago. As the tenant hasn't taken possession yet I can't speak to the management side but on the listing side I am pleased with the service. We had a solid tenant within two weeks of the initial listing and a signed lease shortly after with minimal efforts on our end. Their rates for both listing and management were reasonable and less than I was expecting. I've been working with Joe Kurnos who has stayed on top of everything.
