Anybody know when they are planning to finish Ridgeway where it connects to the toll road?

    Thanks ahead of time.

That's up to the developer .. and you can ask them that question at the next HOA Information Update meeting in October !!

I understand that the opening is up to the developer but if you look, it appears that it could be ready to use now. We've started taking exit 7 in the evenings vice 6 due to the backup and come to Broadlands the backway behind Home Depot.

It very well could be finished to the road, but until the state and/or county approves the final connection, it won't be open for travel.

Neilz -new resident (well almost) does the developer come to all meetings or is this more of a developer information session? Might attend as I too would like to know about Ridgeway, Claiborne, etc....

The majority of the HOA are still developer nominated positions, and they all work for the developer, so yes, they are at every meeting. However, this October meeting is being scheduled as a result of a request at the last annual HOA meeting where it was asked that we have more updates about what's going on in the community, both by the HOA and the Developer.

We are billing this as a Developer Update, but I believe questions to the HOA will also be addressed.
