Need Advice Risky Download Transaction?

    I would like to download a Game Boy Advance ROM off of a website called Download Nova. This is a link to their home page: http://www.downloadnova.com/ The ROM I want to download would normally be free. In order to get an account you must give an email address, user name, and password. None of those are a problem. But, you must also pay about $5.00 via credit card. I am wondering if this could put me in any danger, for example credit card theft or association with an illegal operation. If anybody has experience in these matters please respond.
