Based on what I just observed, I would not recommend this company!

    1) It is raining out, and their lights were not on
    2) The left rear light was out anyway
    3) Did not signal for a left turn with a car right behind them (me)

Let your friends know. The system for testing drivers in VA is a joke anyway, and if the instruction is poor, we will have more & more bad drivers.

Speaking of businesses with bad drivers- I watched a Majest Martial Arts van pull up in front of the Brambleton movie theater this morning. Packed full of kids, with the kid right behind the passenger seat standing up in her seat as they were driving down the road. The kid looked about 7-8 years old. I'm pretty sure the vans have seat belts and, if I remember correctly, the same martial arts place was in an accident in their Hummer limo about a year ago and kids had to go to the hospital. Not so swift...
