Seeking IT Business Case Development Consultants with Federal Government Experience

Pivotal Insight is a management consulting firm with a technology focus - we deliver program management solutions for complex IT projects to ensure project executives achieve their objectives. We have openings for strong, agile business analysts for a multi-year blanket purchase agreement contract with a federal government client. Past experience with CPIC or other business case work with the federal government a major requirement. Candidates should also offer a well-rounded experience that will be flexible in our other engagements.

PLEASE NOTE: I am expecting this engagement to require limited on-site presence. While the client is downtown and we will need to periodically visit them, the actual work may be completed with some flexibility in terms of location (READ - work from home!)

Consultants (2 openings, Washington, DC, metro area):

Requirement: BS\BA and 3-5 years relevant experience and able to obtain a security clearance. Responsible for high-level technology and business management consulting. Preferences: skills in Balanced Scorecard, IT portfolio management, enterprise architecture, business management, financial management, business case development, policy and standards documentation development.

Senior Consultant or Managing Consultant (2 openings, Washington, DC, metro area):

Requirements: Graduate Degree and\or PMP and 5-10 years relevant experience. Responsible for program management, project management, and client engagement management. Preferences: depth in a technology area (BI/ERP, telecom, DBMS, SOA, Software Development, etc.) and proficient in business skills (project finance, forecasting and ROM development, proposal development, client relationship management, people management, etc.)
