SF Rent in Broadlands?

    We'll move to a new house in about 3 months. My current house is in Broadlands. I am still hesitating whether to sell or rent. We bought it in 2005 so definitely deeply under water. I am wondering how hard it is to rent out a SF in Broadlands. I haven't seen much listings of SF renting in Broadlands, nor the price range. Thanks for any of your advice.
