    Front page of the Post this morning has a picture from the sledding across from the gas station. There some more references to the Broadlands w/in the article.

    Oh great ... did they mention that it ends right at a busy street, and if someone overshoots they could get run over ??

    Which is one of the reasons the HOA should not accept that property until it is rendered impossible to sled on.
