    Just wondering if anyone else on here rents an apartment in the Southern Walk complex off of Demott. I just have a few questions for you if you do. Please let me know if you rent from them.

    I rented from them for one month and it was a terrible experience. They charged me to replace the carpet in the whole place after living there for only one month. They didn't give me a chance to come and see what "damages" they claimed there was. My advice, get out of there fast!!!
