Southern Walk UPS Store kudos

Although Southern Walk UPS Store isn't my closest location, I go out of my way to ship things there because of their outstanding customer service. I've been going there ever since they opened and I'm ashamed I don't know the manager's name, but he always greets me and my husband with a great smile. I can't remember a time I had to open the door myself when I'm arriving with packages. The service is impeccable and they treat their location like a small town shop. Send your Mother's Day gifts through them this year!

 

I would second that. They were a huge help to me in getting the maps put together and laminated for Earth Day. They do a lot more than just mail boxes and UPS services. I even saw someone come in to do a Fed Ex drop off, which surprised me, but they do a pick-up there every day.

 

They do have good customer service. Went once and still remember it.

 

Ron is the managers name. He & the stafff are WONDERFUL and great customer service.

We have used them for several docs that needed to be notorized and various Domestic & International shipping.

I also like the fact when his customers park on the curb I have heard him ask they move/park their car, which makes me VERY happy.

Yup! I go out of my way to use Ron's UPS store too. Every person I've met working there has exceeded expectation for good service, friendly helpfulness, and doing a good quality job. I use them for copy jobs as well as for shipping. You can email the document over and go pick up the finished job.

Yes, That is one of the best UPS stores I've ever used! And they don't rip you off when it comes to boxes and packing like some of the other "shipping" stores around here. Great Job UPS store guys!
