    Does Broadlands have a community yard sale in the Spring? If so, has a date been announced yet?

    My garage is piling up with items that are begging to be sold!

    It does have one, I forget if its in May or June, but the announcement will appear in the Broadlands newsletter a month or two prior so that people can be listed.
