Street Lights Replacement

When are the HOA or Maintenance people going to finish installing the new streetlights in front of Our Savior's Lutheran Church (Open Arms Daycare)? They have been unmanned for almost a month now!

If anyone needs a VDOT issue handled, for instance; like the 10-15 trimming of "right-of-way" brush, etc., email me and I will give you the supervisor's name and phone number. I got a lot of work done free--but I do not believe in going through the "middlemen". Also, if a sign needs to be replaced, i.e. a street sign, etc., you put a call in to the VDOT--Fairfax office.

A group of citizens got the Home Depot intersection resolved in front of Cascades Marketplace years ago when we lived in that area. Just keeping "bugging" officials. Also, if the schools are in need of needed maintenance, I also know the Loudoun County School's Maintenance Supervisor and will forward phone numbers, etc. to interested parties. For instance, I got him to replace a rusted old bike rack at our former school. The principal kept "hemming and hawing" about maintenance on the school.

I pressed and got what needed to be done. Needless to say, I filed a complaint against her and got it handled. She is no longer at that school. Other issues were not being handled correctly either.

Actually, the developer is putting in those lights, along with many others all over Broadlands. We'll get an update from the developer this week.

All the landscaping here in Broadlands is handled by the HOA,
