Summer Boot Camp

    I am so excited to extend this offer to you all!!! I am running a summer Boot Camp in the Broadlands area this summer. We will focus on all areas of the body. All fitness levels are welcome and modifications for all exercises can be provided if need be. This is a place for women to come together and get fit!

    -July 8-August 28 and the camp will run for 8 weeks.
    -We will meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:30-7:30 (Gotta beat the heat!!)
    -We will workout in various locations throughout the neighborhood.

    The cost is $90 for 8 weeks of bootcamp OR $125 for 8 weeks of bootcamp AND a 4 week meal plan. BOTH options come with a FREE tank top.
