SW HOA fee

    What is the new HOA fee for 2009 ? ( we did not receive our booklet yet )
    We did receive Openband portion couple of days ago.

    All Broadlands HOA assessments remain unchanged from 2008. This does not include Openband. The approved budget was published in the December newsletter.
