Tagging & Graffiti just beginning?

More found along the trail between Windy Oaks Square, Wynridge, and the Broadlands South Marketplace.

Who do I contact about the footbridge behind Callaloo/American Flatbread -- that's the HOA, right?

Also, the drainage tunnels under Wynridge have spraypaint graffiti all over the insides. Some of it looks old but some of it is new. Who manages that? I have pictures of all.

Under Wyndridge would be commercial property Assn, I believe.
Bridge would be Van Metre or HOA, depending whether that's been turned over to the HOA yet.
