    Hi everyone,
    We're looking to buy a townhouse in Broadlands (3+ bed, 2.5+ bath, ~2000 sq ft or more). We own a townhome in Parkside at Ashburn (right down Waxpool) and just need a bit more space after a few recent additions to the family.

    If you are looking for a little less space, perhaps we can work something out. The real estate sales market is tough right now, and I've done a ton of reading on how this is become much more common. I also know of a legal rep who can take us to close without cost (ie. forget about losing 6% off your listed price).
