Two questions re: contractor recommendations

    First - can anyone recommend a contractor / handyman who can do a simple downspout repair? I just need a section of it rehung with a new bracket.

    Secondly - I've seen a home painter in our area with a "Batman" logo on the side of his truck. He's painted several of the townhomes in our area and I never remember to copy down his contact info. Looks like he does good work. Can anyone provide his contact information and recommendations/evaluation of his work?
