Two stories ceiling fans

    Any one has any advice on how to clean the blades of the ceiling fans? ours is on the 2 story family room. Hard to clean....

    really only two methods... buy one of those extending pole things with the duster on the end... or a tall ladder. The former is the cheaper route.

    There actually is one more...but I guarantee it will not be popular with the woman of the house! Just reverse the direction of the fan! It will look like its snowing but it will blow most of the dust off! Of course, you have about about an hour of dusting to do.....

    We do the duster at the end of a pole thing and dust it from the 2nd story hallway that looks over into the family room. This also creates a lot of dust that falls down onto our carpet, but we just vacuum it up.
