Virginia Beach Timeshare For Rent (06/06-06/13, Beach Front Resort)

This is our timeshare that we can't use this year.

The luxury suite is within Ocean Beach Club Hotel, 19 floors, FIVE STAR resort right on the beach (http://www.theoceanbeachclub.com), next to Hilton Virginia Beach Ocean Front.

GREAT PRICE:
The official hotel rate for a two bedroom suite is ~$400/per night for the same week, equivalent to $2800/week plus TAX. I am offering at $1150 NO tax.

Details of the suite:
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with pullout sofa bed.
Maximum sleeping capacity: 6 adults. Total living space of the suite is about 915 square feet.
Other features: 3 TVs (plasma TV in living room), high speed Internet access, Jacuzzi Tub in master bath. Baby cribs can be provided at no cost upon request.

Rental Options:
1) $1150 -- Whole suite, whole week, sleeps 6.
2) $800 -- Master Bedroom with living room and kitchen, sleeps 4.
3) $500 -- Small bedroom with a mini kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator, sleeps 2 ( Can be locked from the master bedroom suite).

Partial Week Rental possible.

Check in: 06/06/2008(Friday) after 5:00 PM
Check out: 06/13/2008(Friday) before 10:00 AM
Reservation will be made in your name. Once reservation is made, it is not refundable. Renter must be 21 and will be responsible for any damage.
