This is our timeshare that we can't use this year.

Towering above the Atlantic, this gorgeous Key West-inspired resort offers spectacular beach vistas, cascading waterfalls, oceanfront pools with a separate kiddie pool, a tiki bar and health spa, all set amid lush landscaping and views of the ocean in this quiet, upscale end of the resort area (next to the Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront).

GREAT PRICE:
The official hotel rate for a ONE bedroom suite is ~$250/per night for the same week, equivalent to $1750/week plus TAX. I am offering at $899 NO tax. Adjacent Hilton Hotel room rate: ~$420/per night, only one bedroom, no kitchen, no living room, no dining area.

Details of the suite:
One bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with pullout sofa bed.
Sleeping capacity: 4 adults. Total living space of the suite is about 650 square feet.
Other features: 2 TVs (plasma TV in living room), high speed Internet access, Jacuzzi Tub in master bath. Baby cribs can be provided at no cost upon request.

Rent: $899 for the whole week; Nightly rate: (Fri-Sun) ~$200; (Mon-Thur) $150.

Check out: 06/13/2008(Friday) before 10:00 AM
Reservation will be made in your name. Once reservation is made, this is not refundable. Renter must be 21 and will be responsible for any damage.
