Walking group?

Not sure which forum this belongs in, but I live in the Broadlands close to the shopping center near the Safeway. Are there any groups of people that walk in the morning, afternoons or evenings here? Believe it or not, I have lived here nearly 10 years and haven't met that many people in the 'hood. I think it's time to change that!

I don't have children, so I don't want to be in a mommies only group (no offense ladies!), but don't mind if people are walking with strollers.

Oh Boy, don't get me started on that! I feel the same way! I live down by the Nature Center and would love to walk with you at a good fitness pace. I have a girlchild in 9th grade and a son who is a sophomore at VT. I did the momnie with stollers thing, now I am ready for something different
