Wanted: Newish dishwasher

Teak ... there's a reason why someone wants to get rid of a dishwasher! I'd buy new .. you get the warrantee and all that stuff.

I'm looking for that new homeowner who decided not to upgrade their appliance and instead upgrade on their own. I know some people who did this cause the builder didn't either carry that brand they wanted or the builder demanded some outrageous price. Plus this is for a rental property. Actually it looks like I'm going the new route. Went by Sears, Worst buy, and Lowes, looking to pick one up from Sears. Thanks for the advice.

Last chance folks, anyone want to sell me their Bosch or Viking dishwasher for say $200 hehehehe
