When are the best sales - Spring or Fall? Any recommendations on someone to frame the play area and/or build the playset? I'm thinking of purchasing from Costco or Sam's since the value is so much better!!

What's the average price to pay someone to install/build the set, do you know?

We purchased a hand-me-down from a neighbor so I can't add much to the convo. except to say that even if you find a deal in the fall, by buying in the spring then the kids have all spring, summer AND fall to use the playset. Years ago, lots of our neighbors bought the set in the spring from Costco and there was a guy who worked there that would build it independently for like $150.

I bought a set from costco a couple of years ago and couldn't find anyone to put it together for less than $500. I ended up doing it myself with a friend and it took me 2 solid weekends. After doing it myself, I can understand why people charge so much for doing it as there are a lot of parts and instructions.
