    Hi All,

We had booked a cruise on RCCL leaving June 28th for a week, but had to cancel it as that is the last day for our son's CORTRAMID training in Norfolk.

In the past, we've also headed down ti Hatteras Island, NC but that is looking pretty blocked up for the first week of July., We can't go later as Me and My Darling Daughter have skin that can't take a too strong sun - and of course in August the wind switches and comes from the Sound bringing in the mosquito's.

Any ideas that don't take us farther than a 10 hour drive? And this will be us with teens from 14 - 19, so they have to at lest have putt putt. We are not fans of OC, VA bch, or Myrtle. Prefer the more laid back less crowded, no boom boxes blaring type.

Rehobeth was great when i was a teen, but we do prefer to rent a beach house and the kids don't like being packed like sardines on the beach. Beem to Hilton Head once and stayed in a hotel (perks with friends).

Would it be possible to go on a cruise that week instead?

Rehobeth's beach is huge now.. it was rebuilt a few years back. Its only crowded in front of the boardwalk.. and even that is nothing like it used to be since the beach has been expanded.
