Sounds like you should be posting in Carol's "cocktail" post. This sounds like a wicked drink!

No one is forcing you to read these posts.

"No one is forcing you to read these posts". Gee, really? hmmm, thought it was part of our HOA guidleines.

Actually, I enjoy you and Barabara slugging it out (truly I do :) ), But, as others have stated, it is a rehash of a rehash of a the original.

AFGM, the fact that I spoke in favor of the CPAM at the public hearing on the CPAM (where you and others spoke in favor of BRMC although it wasn't on the agenda), is not the same as speaking against BRMC. If you are going to play your usual games with adjusting history and truth, you need to be careful about calling other people liars.

Sorry for the two messages, but I had to go do a search. Now, AFGM, about people needing to know about someone's "agenda" when they read here--remember when I've often said that you use your anonymity inappropriately at times, to raise topics as if the hidden you weren't aware of them, so you can direct an agenda through disingenous questions?

What about your post of 2/10/05, 12:17:57, posting a link to the "EYE-OPENING" site you just "found"? It would appear from your post that you just stumbled on it and were sharing. It would appear from the site that you were advertising. Is that appropriate in the forums, or isd it only appropriate to alter people's words so you can call them a liar?

Link doesn't work, because I am technically inept. Go to "Del. Black Intolerance", page 7 of the topics from last 120 days.

The way AFGM and Barbara fight, you'd think they were married or something.

    "You're a liar!"

    "No, you're a liar!"

"The hospital should be in Broadlands!"

"No, the hospital should be on Route 50!"

Specifically, LHC does not have a full-time Pediatric physician in the ER (and their on-call process historically has been about as effective as DC 911). Second, the level of care provided by the ER staff to myself and my wife was crappy. Without going into details, there is no chance I will ever allow a member of my family to be taken to the ER at Loudoun.

There is a huge difference in the level of care and competency between LHC and say Fairfax or Fair Oaks. Maybe the merger with Inova will being to change that. Loudoun was and is a good little community hospital, but it not a state-of-the-art facililty that can meet the needs of our community. Just ask several of the families in our development that have children with serious illnesses who could have their children treated at BRMC, but cannot get the same care at LHC.

The AF/SR "tastes great", "less filling" show. It's a re-run.

Inova is on the record as being AGAINST a hospital in the Rte 50 corridor. Prior to the announced merger, when LHC was advocating locating a hospital on Rte 50, Inova was on the record as expressing deep concerns over the impact to Inova Fair Oaks (a mere 7 miles or so away).
Since the merger, they now see the light in locating a hospital on Rte 50.......in 10-15 years.
LOUDOUN CANNOT WAIT 10-15 YEARS FOR ANOTHER HOSPTAL!!!!!

Don't worry, AFGM, and feel free to get grossed out.

I'll make you a deal: don't play games with words or your secret identity, and I won't verbally smack you. Fair?
