    qzpmal...are you out there? Did you get resolution?

    I'd like to add, since we are on the dog topic, I have a wonderful recommendation if any one needs an invisible fence. A company called Dog Guard out of Purcelleville. Great people good price and no high pressure sales. Us and another neighbor are getting one so we got a special price!

    Gosh AFGM, we agree on something. Maybe I should have been more clear and said that the HOA can only enforce the HOA laws/rules. I hope you are this diligent on the Ashburn Farm forum...;)
