If I am remembering correctly, there was at least 18 months difference. I moved here early 2005 and the first phase (with Subway) was already up and running and the second phase (Bonefish, Steakhouse) had literally just opened. It wasn't until late 2006 when the third phase opened (Puccio's, Del Ray).

Subway was in the first phase... Puccio's spot wasn't even until the third phase of the shopping center opened. And given vince's comments, I'm pretty sure its a safe bet that Puccio's had not committed when Vince did for his space.

Remember... San Vito's used to be a corner spot :)

You all have it right. You usually sign a lease 1-2 years before they even turn the spot over to you. Puccios should of been aware that I was already here. The landlords just want to get people in to fill their center. They are not going to tell them that it is not a good idea to open. There are 3 places to get a haircut in the center as well. Sport clips has gone through 2 owners and possibly another one if they reopen the store.
