Wait ... how was I wrong ?? Toll Bros is paying for the Belmont Ridge interchange. I was talking about Claiborne.

And Hobie is also part owner/partnet in Greenvest as well as developer of Lansdowne .. is he not ?? So who developed the Lansdowne shopping center ??

 

I'm not aware that Hobie is connected to Greenvest.

 

OK ... then I have confused that company with another one trying to build alot of homes to the southwest.

Aha ... it was Lansdowne Development Group that is doing that:

Ridgewater is not in the south. It's actually north of Broadlands, along Sycolin Rd. west of Belmont Ridge.

Hey .. I admitted that I was confused about the location of the development, but I look at it as SW of Ashburn proper ... which is the old railroad junction at Ashburn Road ...

I'd say about 1/2 and 1/2 actually ...

 

3/4? Come on, Lee! It's at least 9 out of 10!!
