Stolen Signs

I may make a proposal to the HOA Board to ban political signs in the future.

I do not know what is sadder, people who steal the signs or people who go to "certain lengths" to prevent/punish(?) sign stealers.

And honestly, does anyone think the signs influence voters? Basically, all they say is "look at what team I support".

 

Less likely to be stolen but more likely to be robbed. If you have this sign in your yard everyone knows you really don't own a gun.

 

I wanted a sign like this - but then I realized that my neighbors do not need to know who I vote for, or what I have inside my house

 

I liked how, this morning, her sign was tied to a tree!

Then, a half hour ago, it was GONE altogether!

 

I don't think just because some people can't behave that we should take away everyone's freedom of expression....Personally, I don't think they influence anyone. But I don't think that's why people post them either.

 

I saw it tied to a tree this afternoon too! Too funny.

 

Next time - tie it to a pitbull.

yup decided to take it down after we had voted around 2ish, plus the dang thing was stinky.

I figured out why people are stealing signs....

they are recycling them they say, so it's all good now!

 

I know one sign that won't get stolen... ;-)
