    I read about it in either the Loudoun Times or the Wash. Post, can't remember which.

    There was a story about them doing this in Sterling. Its an 'indirect' way they are combating the illegal alien problem (as many drive without a license).

    Mooreview also exists at Loudoun County Parkway (why in the world we cannot build complete roads around here just baffles me). You now have to turn onto Mooreview to get to Old Ryan road from LCP. In addition, another Harris Teeter will be built there as well.
