timeline for the lights at broadland blvd and claiborne??

    The operative word there is "should". Just like they "should" be on before the start of the school year - they "should" be on by the end of the year - etc, etc. I wouldn't take their word for anything.

    In this case, I would, it took about the same amount of time for the lights to go from flash to normal at Waxpool & Claiborne.

    Yay, the lights are working! Boo, people at rush hour today were still thinking it was a 4 way stop. I almost got nailed by some punk that drove through a very red light and missed my by an inch. He was nice enough to flick me off to while he was running the light. Anyone here have a dark green Civic? ;-)

    looks like we almost had a first post in that 'new thread'.

    Everyone, keep your eyes open out there ... there are plenty of idiots who have no idea that the lights are working.

    I, too, was going through there around 5ish and saw someone run the red light....almost caused an accident as well!!!
