    That happened to me two or three times last year--no one there to open the store. But heck, it happened to me today at Target in Chantilly!! Pharmacy supposed to open at 9am--and at 9:45 still no pharmacist so I couldn't buy a box of Sudafed.

    How does exposing your skin to potentially harmful radiation give you an "increase in energy, endurance, and muscular strength"? Not to mention higher tolerance for stress and lower blood pressure and cholesterol?

    There are positive benefits. For many people who suffer from S.A.D., seasonal affective disorder, particularly during the winter when the days are shorter, light therapy is advised to help increase Vitamin D production which is said to stave off depression. This could be why people feel better mentally, after a session.

    Also, people with psoriasis or exzema benefit as the light aids in healing the skin sores, temporarily.

    Tanning salons cannot made unproven medical claims.
