    GCyr: I am glad that you found the information and am happy that we all can now agree that EMTALA will require the HCA hospital to treat/stabilize the criminally insane when they show up (that is IF the hospital were to be built, but that's not going to happen). Your post goes a long way toward ensuring that correct information about this proposed hospital is shared. Thank you!

    Well, the Safeway has barely been open and the crime has started...(at least the non-violent kind). I read in the paper that on Nov. 15 someone shopping left their purse in a shopping cart. Someone stole a credit card out of the purse and used it a few times.
