    I currently work out of a home in Southern Walk and love the area so much that I'd like to move to Broadlands/Ashburn. If anyone out there has a garage or basement apartment that they would be interested in renting out, please contact me!

    I am neat/clean, quiet, a non-smoker, no pets, and can provide quality references. I would not necessarily need the use of a kitchen/laundry room, however this would be convenient.

    The "commercial" apartments in the area are beautiful, but just out of my price-range for now.

    www.craigslist.com Go to Washington DC and do a search for Ashburn under the rooms to share category.
