HOA Board (Meetings & Members)


Typically, the Board of Directors Monthly Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00pm. If you would like to request an item be added to the agenda or provide written comments for inclusion in the board meeting materials, please submit comments to Sarah@Broadlandshoa.comThe deadline for written comments is Tuesday 5:00pm the week prior to the meeting.  Residents are welcome to observe the public portion of meetings and may address the Board during the ‘Member Forum’ section of the meeting, typically held at the start of the meeting.  Meetings are currently being held virtually via the Zoom link below. Under normal conditions, meetings are held at the Broadlands Clubhouse located at 43360 Rickenbacker Square, at the intersection of Waxpool Road and Pagoda Terrace. The meeting room is located upstairs and can be entered through the front or side doors.

The Board of Directors is comprised of nine homeowner volunteers who are elected annually by the membership. Residents are welcome to contact Board members directly, but please note that many inquiries may be best addressed by HOA staff hired by the board to run the day to day operations of the association.
