This morning while making a right turn I hit the metal guard rail . resulted in a deep long scratch and a samll dent( on the metal that comes on sides on the front right tire). .. I can't explain any better .. unfortunatelty .

Anyone has any idea how much it costs to repair that and where to get it repaired ?

I have a pretty decent driving record ..something like this never happenned .so pelase do not start on driving lessons :-(

well now your username on the board makes more sense... 'over land er' ;)

Unfortunatly the last body shop in the area I used I wasn't pleased with. Small dents can easily be repaired.. the cost is going to be in the paint/prep. If I had to throw a ballpark number out there.. probably expect 400-500.

We used Craftsman Auto Body in Sterling - (703) 478-2210. They did a great job. My only compliant was waiting on a part to come from the manufacturer. Dealing with insurance was also no problem with them.

I have been told that one of best autobody shops in Northern VA is WagonWerks, in Arlington (down Rt 1, near the Porsche dealership). That is a hike for anyone in Loudoun.

A coworker had his Audi repaired there and I could not tell where they repaired the front end (fender, front bumper cover, headlight). The metallic paint match was excellent.
