Commuter... lot? bus? anything?

    Hi all,
    new Broadlands SW resident here, I noticed a small parking lot by the nature center with a sign mentioning commuter parking. What kind of commuter service is offered from the nature center? Or, is it easy to find out, and I'm just oblivious? Thanks!

    If two people go there, one parks, and they head downtown in one car, you've just seen all of the "commuter services" from that lot.
    Van Metre has a proffer requirement to the county to provide a communter lot. They haven't figured out where to put the final one, so they're using the Nature Center lot as a temporary one.

    Over to the side of Harris Teeter, near Bank of America---there's some designated "Commute Parking" marked off there.
