    Try this guy who lives in our neighborhood.

    I haven't used him yet so I can't vouch for his work but he is coming out to paint my house later this month.

    As for garage door openers, if you have some tools, you can do it your self. I did mine with a friend about 3 years ago and it was pretty easy. Still works great!

    I'll be putting up 2 later this month but this time by myself.
