    Is this true, Mr. Linux?

    Here's rooting in a nutshell: Your Android smartphone is based on Linux. A big, bad, scary computer operating system known only by people with neck beards. (Only, not really. But mostly.)

    No "neck beard" for this guy!!!

    And for a big, bad, scary computer operating system, folks would be amazed at all the things around them that now runs some form of Linux, as well as the many sites they visit each day on the Internet which in some way are made possible through the use of this operating system.

    That being said, I would say that what is big, bad and scary are the folks who actually sport a neck beard!
